PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

INTEGRA e-business Partner/Reseller Program objectives are to establish a network of qualified and trained
resellers, implementation service professionals and a technical support mechanism to resell, deploy and support
INTEGRA e-business throughout North America.

The INTEGRA e-business Partner Program has two levels of authorization:

• INTEGRA e-business Reseller
• INTEGRA Solution Provider

Each level of authorization works in conjunction with the other to provide the most effective customer sales and
support infrastructure possible. JBM Logic is committed to supporting the Partner network with quality products, services,
training and sales tools.

Developing trained professionals ensures the highest level of product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Partners establish customer relationships, communicate features and benefits, evaluate requirements and configure
solutions to deliver maximum value to their clients. JBM Logic Authorized Partners must staff one or more qualified
and trained sales, service and/or support professionals.
