Manufacturing
From light assembly to complete build-to-order manufacturing,
the manufacturing module handles every aspect of your organization's
workload. Work orders are generated automatically from either
Order Entry or the central Work Order generation screen
to accelerate the pace of production management for Job
Cost or a Bill of Material.
As with all INTEGRA e-business modules, e-Manufacturing
integrates easily to your existing IT system to increase
overall manufacturing efficiency while saving your company
time, effort and money.
e-Manufacturing features a number of powerful modules including:
Quotation & Estimates
The Quotation Module helps you estimate time and
materials requirements, creating reports that are basis
of simple or complex customer quotations.
Time Control
This module enables data compilation of all work
done by employees to generate time reports. An export module
to various pay (driver for TD bank and ADP) systems is also
available to eliminate double data entry.
Workflow, Restriction and Conformance
The Restriction and Approval module provides the
control and application of business rules by triggers based
on events and user rules and permissions. With business
rules predefined and configured, the system assumes control
and initiates a message advising of the next step, i.e.
“awaiting managers approval.” The system then
forwards the transaction to the user, resource or equipment
with the appropriate authority, as established in the rule.
If the transaction diverges from the rule, the transaction
will await the approval or rejection from the user with
the appropriate level of security and authority.
Document
The Document module allows any electronic file to
be attached to any record in the system: faxes, contracts,
MSDS sheets, spreadsheets, images, orders and other critical
justification items. Most importantly, the documents you
need for compliance or conflict resolution are in the system—associated
with the appropriate record.
Non-Conformity Management
The Non-Conformity module manages the irregularities
in your business processes and can tie into TQS, or ISO.
Simply enter the description of the problems, categorized
by cause, calculate the cost and establish the responsibility.
The module permits data entry of complaints received from
clients and planning of client visits to better understand
and resolve problems.
Time Control Terminal Server Module
This module runs on a dedicated PC and takes control
of a time data-entry terminal linking a serial interface
to the server. In this way, all chronological information
is fed real-time to the Time Control Module. Validation
is done live and feedback is provided on the terminal.
Material Control Server
The Data Acquisition Server runs on a dedicated PC
and controls the data entry terminal linked to the serial
interface for the material usage, and sends information
to the server. It enables data entry of material charged
to a work order. In this way, all chronological information
is fed real-time to the Inventory Control module and validation
is done live with feedback provided on the terminal.
